Ham Fest Correction

     Due to a printing error, the post card mailer announcing the 2011 Ham Fest contains wrong price information.  The following are prices for this years event.

  • General Admission:    $  6.00 per person

  • Use of club tables:      $ 16.00 each

  • Bring your own table  $   8.00 each

Note:  Several wheel chairs will be available for those with mobility issues.  Those using wheel chairs, walkers or power carts will be admitted via the South entrance to the armory.

Prizes:
$25 drawn at 10am
$50 at 11am
$100 drawn at Noon
10 am & 11 am drawings must be present to win

On-site VE testing - 10 am-Noon;  New licenses and upgrades   Remember to bring any C.S.C.E's, a copy of your existing license,  pencil, and a photo ID for testing.

Admission: $6 per person
Tables: $16;  or $8 BYOT**  (Note price changes for 2011)

All swap table vendors will be required to provide either a completed MN Department of Revenue sales tax form ST-19 or a personal sale exemption statement before setting up.  Forms will be available at the National Guard Armory at time of registration.

Table Reservations:  To reserve a table contact Art Carlson by e-mail at wa0njr@hotmail.com  A limited number of tables are available on a first come, first served basis.  Table reservations will only be held until 9:00am, unless other arrangements are made.

Note:  You may not setup your table until you have paid for your admission, table fee and provided the required tax form!

Please bring your own power cords, if you need one.
